Who are we?

How it all began

ornament1

Emmanuel Baptist Church began in 2008 with 12 members meeting in someone’s home. For the next year, this nucleus rented a warehouse and began to grow. Pastor Clyde Billingsley came out of retirement from the Florida Baptist Convention to become Emmanuel’s pastor and to help a group of hurting people and guide them.

What we Believe

ornament1We have 5 primary strategies that are central to our success:

We exist for Celebration
We exist for Service
We exist for Discipleship
We exist for Prayer
We exist for Changed Lives

What you will experience

ornament1From the time you join us for our worship service, you will be greeted by friendly, welcoming people. We want you to feel connected with us and we hope you feel at home in our midst.  A hot cup of coffee and a variety of baked goods await you! You will be inspired by the wide variety of music we offer.

Pastor Jeff's Statement

ornament1We all have many relationships and roles in our daily lives. Whether you are a husband, wife, son, daughter, brother, sister, mom, dad, grandparent, married, single, a boss or an employee- you are welcome here at Emmanuel. As the new Pastor, I have found the people in this church are not perfect, but they surely do love Jesus.

    WELCOME
    TO EMMANUEL,
    BAPTIST CHURCH!

"This is not the "stuffy", traditional type of church. My family has found this place to be home and we invite you to come join us and become a part of this warm, loving church family."
  • Rev. Jon Woods

    WORSHIP
    AND GLORY
    TO OUR SAVIOR.

"Music and song are parts of worship but not all of it. Our actions, speech and thoughts all will contribute to God's glory. Join us and celebrate our Father, see how he can do a new work in you!"
